I'm Jade who created Lilou with nothing more than a passion, a couple of kids and a dream.

Lilou pieces are made from natural materials, sourced sustainably, and our focus is on craftmanship and fair-trade production. You will see most of our products are made out of our most favorite material ever – Rattan. Unlike plastic furniture, our rattan furniture are quality, beautiful pieces that are built to last and will be passed down generations.

In an increasingly mass manufactured world we live in, it’s nice for you to know that you’ll be supporting real people in real places who lovingly handcraft our beautiful pieces for your homes.

Children are more conscious of their environment today and want to feel good in their own space. We like to encourage a gratefulness for the beauty of nature and how it is possible to include this into our everyday lives. We want our products to mirror the character of those who inhabit them, so that you can truly enjoy them for many, many years.
